Lillian Ramey Cole

Mrs. Lillian Ramey Cole, age 87, of Buford, GA passed away on Monday, January 19, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Cole; daughters, Darlene Cole McDaniel and Karen Cole McDaniel; sons, Ricky Cole and Wendell "Moe" Cole. She is survived by her children, Phyllis and Leon Henderson, Margie Birdwell, Dorsey and Denna Cole, Royce and Janyce Cole, Travis Cole, and Keith Cole; daughter-in-law, Dory Cole; fourteen grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; sister, Frances Ramey Lyons; sisters-in-law, Mary Reddish and Lillian Brogdon; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Cole was born February 17, 1927 in Gainesville, GA. She was a retired seamstress from Lovable Company and a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Buford. She was a very giving and loving mother and grandmother. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Bailey and Rev. Tim Copeland officiating. Interment will follow at Sugar Hill Cemetery, Sugar Hill, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
