Lounell Finch

Mrs. Lounell Finch age 72 of Gainesville passed away on Saturday January 17, 2015 at her residence following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday January 20, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Reverend Michael Thurmond will officiate. The family will receive friends on Monday January 19, 2015 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Finch was born on April 03, 1942 in Gainesville, Ga to the late James Tanner and Rosalee Maynard Tanner. She was a member of Cross Plains Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters and brothers.

Mrs. Finch is survived by her husband, Charles Finch of Gainesville, daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Mike Thurmond of Gainesville, daughter, Debra Watson of Flowery Branch, daughter, Sherry Morrow of Gainesville, son, Timothy Finch of Gainesville, sister and brother-in-law, Doris and Roger Bullock of Gainesville, sister, Jerrie Tanner of Gainesville, brother, Billy Ray Tanner of Lawrenceville, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Louise Finch of Columbus, Ga, special friends, Mrs. Emma, Mrs. Pat and Mrs. Ruby, 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
