Warren C. Brooks

Mr. Warren C. Brooks, age 80 of Nicholson, died Friday, January 9, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Brooks was born in Center to the late, Alvy and Mattie Ruth Mathews Brooks. Mr. Brooks was a farmer, he also retired from the University of Georgia, and attended River of Life Worship Center.

Mr. Brooks is survived by his wife, Carrine Hollifield Brooks of Nicholson; sons, Mike Brooks (Bronda) of Plainville, GA, Keith Brooks of Macon, and Todd Brooks (Rhonda) of Nicholson; brothers, Donald and Marion Brooks both of Nicholson; six grandchildren, Autumn, Austin, Zaine, Lance, Whitley, and TJ; two great grandchildren, Hunter and Paislee.

Funeral service will be held Monday, Jan. 12, at 2:00 PM from the River of Life Worship Center with Rev. Bobby Ivester officiating with the interment following in Center United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday night from 5-8 PM.
