David Coupe Smith, 58, of Lula passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.


Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 12, 2015 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with internment to follow in Clemons Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 12, 2015 form 11 am to 3 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Smith was born on January 13, 1956 in Gainesville to the late Pete and Annie Lou Collins Smith. He worked at East Hall Tire and was of Baptist Faith.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife Robin Smith of Lula, son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Kaylie Smith of Lula, son and fiancé, Timothy Smith and Kristin of Gainesville, son, Zachery Smith of Lula, brother and sister-in-law, Authur and Bonnie Smith of Lula, sister, Sue Humphries of Gainesville, sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Doug Smith of Gainesville, sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Jimmy Green of Gainesville, sister, Jannie Bollitie of Gainesville. Brother, Ricky Smith of Gainesville, nephew, Shawn Atkins of Lula, 5 grandchildren.
