Jill Ann Tolbert

Jill Ann Tolbert, age 35, of Alto, GA passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015.

She spent most of her life in Lumpkin County, and had lived the past 7 years in Habersham County. She was very outgoing and never met a stranger. She enjoyed the outdoors and was of the Baptist faith.

Jill was preceded in death by her son, Trevor Austin Baker; and grandparents, Carl and Mary Margaret Blackwell.

She is survived by her father, Steve Smith, Cleveland, GA; mother, Patsy Blackwell, Alto, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Crystal and Ashley Stephens, Cleveland, GA; niece, Brooklyn Stephens; nephew, Jesse Stephens; stepbrother, Chandler Smith, Cleveland, GA; and aunts and uncles, Dennis and Janice Blackwell, Dahlonega, GA, and Barbara and Randy Zeidler, Savannah, GA.

A private family memorial for Jill will be held at a later date.
