Richard Pugh

Richard "Dog" Pugh, age 65, of Buford, GA passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Pugh, Jr. and Annie Lee Bennett Pugh. He is survived by his children, Brian and Lavonne Pugh, Auburn, GA, Brent Pugh, Buford, GA, and Brandon Pugh, Buford, GA; four grandchildren, Alan Pugh, Rex Pugh, Kobe Pugh, and Ethan Pugh; sister, Dottie Pugh Little, Dacula, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Franklin "Bulldog" Pugh, Buford, GA, and Danny and Julie Pugh, Buford, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Pugh was born October 31, 1949 in Buford, GA. He was a 1967 graduate of North Gwinnett High School. He was owner of Richard Pugh Grading Company and was a member of Island Ford Baptist Church, Buford, GA. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Lin Wood officiating.

Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, 5979 New Bethany Road, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help with funeral expenses be made to Flanigan Funeral Home in memory of Richard "Dog" Pugh.
