Bill McConley Robinson

Bill McConely Robinson, age 84 of Dahlonega passed away Friday December 26, 2014. He was born in Cleveland to the late Dode and Bonnie Sutton Robinson on June 6, 1930. Mr. Robinson served his county with honor in the US Army. He worked for many years with the White and Lumpkin County Road Departments retiring from Lumpkin County.

Mr. Robinson is preceded in death by his parents as well as sister; Helen Allison, brother; J.C. Robinson, Hoyt Robinson. He is survived by sister, Fran Hooper, Dahlonega; two brothers, Harlan Robinson, Cleveland; Coy Robinson, Dahlonega; as well as many nieces and nephews. Bill was dearly loved by his family and friends and he will be truly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, December 28, 2014 from 4 until 8. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, December 29, 2014 at 2 PM with the Revs. Phillip Robinson, Lyman Caldwell, and Casey Robinson. Interment will be held in Town Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to Town Creek Baptist Church.
