José Meraz-Corral

Mr. José Meraz-Corral, age 60 of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 31, 2014 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. The Reverend Carole Pattman will officiate. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at the funeral home prior to the service.

José was born March 12, 1954 in Durango, Mexico the son of the late Francisco Meraz-Corral and Candelaria Corral. He was a landscaper by trade and of the Pentecostal Faith.

He is survived by his wife Maria Virginia Rosales Meraz-Corrol of Gainesville; sons, Arnulfo Silva, Jr. of Bradenton, Florida; Henry Silva, Matthew Silva and Edward Silva all of Gainesville; daughter, Linda Moore of Winder; 21 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
