Virginia Terry Chambers

Mrs. Virginia Terry Chambers, age 61, of Cleveland passed away December 23, 2014.

Mrs. Chambers was born May 14, 1953 to the late Coytez and Odell Whitley in Atlanta, GA. She was a talented cook having worked at many area restaurants. She will always be remembered for being a loving mother and grandmother who never met a stranger, and friends were always family.

She is preceded in death by her first husband Johnnie Thomas, as well as her parents and brothers Allen Whitley and Forda Lee Whitley. Mrs. Chambers is survived by second husband Lee Chambers her children; Todd and Lori Thomas, Melssia Baldwin and Chris Hoose, Jewelle and Torrey Pinson, Jake Chambers and Elizabeth Tooley, and Felicia Chambers; brother Coy Whitley; sisters and brothers in law, Barbara and Hansel Harkins, Eva and John Thomas Williams, Darlene and Jimmy Smith, Carol and Larry Spinks, and Daphne Lowmax; grandchildren; Keri-lyn, Jaycee, Layna, and Micah Thomas, Bo and Alyssa Baldwin, Mackenzie Chambers, Caden and Grayson Pinson, Payton, Ashton, and Elijah Chambers, Harley Smith, Isaac, Gordon, and Chris Hoose.

The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, December 28, 2014 from 12 until 2. Memorial services will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2 on Sunday with the Revs. Chris Anderson and Steve Baker officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the family for help with funeral expenses c/o Todd Thomas 5109 Young Road, Gainesville, GA 30506.
