Jeanette Blackwell Payne

Mrs. Jeanette Blackwell Payne, age 66 of 79 S. Pine Street, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at the Stephens County Hospital.

A daughter of the late Edgar and Essie Mae Sisk Blackwell, she was born January 15, 1948 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was employed as an LPN with Tugalo Home Health and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Payne in 2012.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Audra Payne of Eastanollee, Georgia; two grandchildren, Brooke Payne and Jonathan Payne; sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Dwayne Bohannon of Toccoa, Georgia; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Cheryl Blackwell of Toccoa, Georgia.

Graveside services will be Friday, December 26, 2 O'clock PM at the Toccoa City Cemetery.

The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Friday from noon until the service time.

Interment will be in the Toccoa City Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Jeanette Blackwell Payne.
