Viola Alexander

Mrs. Viola Alexander, age 85 of Nicholson died Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Grandview Nursing Home.

Mrs. Alexander was born in Nicholson to the late, Tom and Irene Loggins Anderson. Mrs. Alexander was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Alexander was also preceded in death by her husband, Hooper Alexander and son, Thomas Alexander.

Mrs. Alexander is survived by her daughters, Kathy Kitchens of Nicholson, Shirley Gabriel of Crawford, and Patty Ward of Cornelia; seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, Dec. 23 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the interment following at Howington cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday night from 6-8 PM.
