Carolyn Jane Crow Sclater

Carolyn Jane Crow Sclater, age 75, of Cleveland, GA passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband of thirty-five years, Donald Alvin Sclater; and grandson, Christian Keith Wilson. She is survived by her children, Wanda Lynne Walters, Commerce, GA, Sherry Layne Oliver, Royston, GA, and Anthony Shane Oliver, Royston, GA; three grandchildren, Brooke Sims, Andrea Wilson, and Christopher Wilson; and eight grandchildren. Mrs. Sclater was born December 11, 1938 in Royston, GA. She was a graduate of Jacksonville High School, Jacksonville, AL and received her bachelor's degree from Jacksonville College. She retired as a controller for Eastern Airlines after thirty-six years of service. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Sclater has been cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center in memory of Carolyn J. Sclater.
