Renee Hough Ramsey

Renee Hough Ramsey, age 61, of Buford, GA passed away on Friday, November 28, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father, Roger R. Hough. She is survived by her husband of twenty-seven years, George W. Ramsey, Jr.; children, Paul Hughes, Union City, GA, Danny and Aileen Hughes, Reston, VA, Michelle Hughes Callaway, Sandy Springs, GA, and George W. "Trey" Ramsey, III, Buford, GA; mother, Dorothy Brace Barto, Dallas, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Larry Carroll, Rockmart, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Margaret Hough, Charlotte, NC; three grandchildren, Ashton Hughes, Ian Hughes and Iris Hughes; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Ramsey was born July 14, 1953 in Lansing, MI. She graduated from Chamblee High School in Chamblee, GA and received an associate degree from Gwinnett Tech. She was employed with EverMark, LLC in Suwanee, GA for the past seven years and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Buford. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House in memory of Renee Ramsey.
