Everett Clinton Lung

Everett Clinton Lung, 90, of Dahlonega, Georgia, formerly of Goshen, Ind., died early Monday morning, Dec. 1, at Gold City Nursing Home, Dahlonega.
He was born June 3, 1924 in Wolcottville, Ind., to Merritt Clinton Lung and Esther Scott (Roy) Lung.
He married Vivian L. Bicknell on Sept. 3, 1954. She died Aug. 22, 2000.
He is survived by a son, Danny K. (Shirley) Lung Sr., Princeton; a daughter, Colleen (Clayton) Presley, Dahlonega, Ga.; six grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; three brothers, Harold Merritt, Orval Willis and Donald Lung; and two sisters, Shirley Ellen and Valera Lung.
A 1942 graduate of Topeka High School, he served in the Army Air Corp. during WWII. Mr. Lung retired in 1995 after 24 years at Kropf Manufacturing, Goshen, Ind.
In Sept. 2002 he moved to Georgia to live with his daughter.
Friends may call Friday, Dec. 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, 1911 South Main St., Goshen, Ind. 46526, where a Saturday, Dec. 6, funeral service will be held at 10 a.m.
Burial will follow at Gracelawn Cemetery, Middlebury, Ind.
