Perry 'Flipper' Eubanks

Perry "Flipper" Eubanks, age 53, Cornelia, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at his residence following an extended illness.

Mr. Eubanks was born on July 20, 1961 in Macon, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his adoptive mother, Ruth Eubanks; twin brothers Andy and Sandy Harper; and brother Randy Harper. Mr. Eubanks was the owner and operator of Perry's Tree Service and was of the Holiness faith.

Survivors include his wife, Tina Smith Eubanks of Cornelia, GA; daughters Amanda Eubanks of Athens, GA; Ashley Smith of Cornelia, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Jimmieann and William Logan of Cornelia, GA; daughter Kayla Smith of Macon, GA; stepdaughter Kathy Copley of Hollywood, GA; sister Teresa Earls of Augusta, GA; grandchildren Halie Harris, and Andrew Harris; niece Patricia Earls and her children, Salina Earls; Cassie Thrift; and Isabelle Thrift.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 am on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia with __________ officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church cemetery in Turnerville, GA.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 and 6-8 on Friday, December 5, 2014.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tina Smith, 3711 Mud Creek Rd, Cornelia, GA to help with final expenses.
