Herschel Cobb Sadler, Jr.

Herschel Cobb Sadler, Jr., age 66, of Buford, GA passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herschel and Vernice Harris Sadler; sister, Jennifer Lott; and brothers, Robert Sadler and Spencer Sadler. He is survived by his wife of sixteen years, Margaret Woods Sadler; children, Carlton Sadler, Atlanta, GA, Donya Davis, Atlanta, GA, and Christopher and Neandra Sadler, Conyers, GA; seven grandchildren; stepchildren, Erika Woods, and Kenneth Stringer, Lawrenceville, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Anita and Anthony Pace, Buford, GA; sisters-in-law, Betty Sadler, Buford, GA, and Cora Mae Sadler, Buford, GA; host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Sadler was born May 22, 1948 in Buford, GA. He was a 1963 graduate of Buford High School. He was a retired maintenance worker from the City of Buford and a member of Union Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 24, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Bailey officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, 5734 Little Mill Road, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 23, 2014 from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
