Ronald (Ronnie) Freeman

Mr. Ronald "Ronnie" Freeman, age 60, of Cleveland, passed away Saturday November, 22, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Mr. Freeman was born in Habersham County the son of Rev. Robert and Betty Ramey Freeman. He was employed by Peachtree Doors and was a member of Blue Creek Baptist Church. Mr. Freeman was preceded in death by his twin brother, Donnie Freeman, and father in law, Ernest Franklin.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Dorothy Jean Freeman, Cleveland; son and daughter- in-law, Daniel and Christy Freeman, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Joseph Head, Cleveland; son, Brandon Freeman, Cleveland; grandchildren, David Grizzle, Alexa Freeman, Riley Freeman, and Cricket Head; parents, Rev. Robert and Betty Freeman, Cleveland; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Christie Freeman, Homer; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ann and Lynn Whitner, Helen, Glenda and John Essigman, all of Cleveland, and Penny and Glenn Sims, Gillsville; sister-in-law, Judy Freeman, Cleveland; mother-in-law, Mandy Franklin, Cleveland; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Loy Gooch, Cleveland; brother-in-law, Michael Franklin, Cleveland; several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday November 25, 2014 at Blue Creek Baptist Church. The Rev. Jason Daniell, the Rev. Matt Pruitt, the Rev. Tony Howard and the Rev. Jerry Vandiver will officiate. Interment will be in Blue Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
