Brenda Ann Boggs Berry

Brenda Ann Boggs Berry, age 68, of Dahlonega, GA died Saturday, November 22, 2014.

She was born in Kentucky, raised in Ohio, and spent most of her adult life in Lumpkin County. She retired from Gold City Convalescent Center, and was a member of Dahlonega Church of God.

Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, Beatrice Holcomb Boggs; and brothers, George Boggs, Jr. and Kenneth Boggs.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Charlie Berry, Sr., Dahlonega, GA; father, George Boggs, Sr., Ohio; sons, Charlie Berry, Jr. and Dawayne Berry; daughter, Angela Berry Fitts; granddaughter, Kaiden Fitts, all of Dahlonega, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, James "Merrell" and Joan Boggs, Wendell and Pamela Boggs, all of Ohio; sisters and brothers-in-law, Janet and Richard Tibbs, Ohio; Wilma and David Ladd, Tennessee, Diane and Bill Abbott, Arizona. Numerous nieces and nephews and a number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Brenda are scheduled for 2 PM Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Rev. JR Fields, Rev. Lyman Caldwell, and Rev. Terry Fields will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery in Lumpkin County.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home from 5 PM until 9 PM on Monday, November 24, 2014, all day Tuesday, November 25, 2014, and from 9 AM until service time on Wednesday, November 26, 2014.
