Barbara Sue Payne

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs.Barbara Sue Payne, age 64 of
Murrayville. Mrs. Payne passed away Friday, November 14, 2014.

Born in Forsyth County on March 8, 1950, Barbara was the daughter of the late J.D.Bryan and
Bernice Bryan. She was a homemaker and longtime member of New Harmony Baptist Church in
Union County. Barbara was a woman of great faith and always had a kind word for those around
her. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, George Loyd Payne of Murrayville, daughter ,
Teresa Abercrombie (Mark) Oakwood; brothers Donald Bryan of Mississippi and Ronnie Bryan
of Clarkesville ;grandchildren, Corey Ingram,, Justin Ingram, Dillon Abercrombie , Haley
Abercrombie and Madison Abercrombie
It was Barbara's wishes that she be cremated and no public services held. Family and friends
