Johnnie Mae Shockley

Mrs. Johnnie Mae Shockley, age 78, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Friday, November 14, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy K. Shockley; and sons, Paul Shockley and Kim Shockley. She is survived by her children, Johnnie Brooke, Athens, GA, Chris Shockley, Gainesville, GA and Pat Shockley, Flowery Branch, GA; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Shockley was born April 3, 1936 in Greensboro, GA. She was a private caregiver. She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in Buford, GA. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Dr. Jim Ferguson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 16, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family in memory of Johnnie Mae Shockley.
