Walter Fred Pulliam

Mr. Walter Fred Pulliam, age 66 of 88 Fowlertown Road, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at the Stephens County Hospital.

A son of the late Harold and Faye Watkins Pulliam, he was born April 28, 1948 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived a greater part of his life. He was a heavy equipment operator and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife of the home, Janice Griffin Pulliam; two sons an daughter-in-law, the Reverend Brian and Julie Pulliam and Ronny Pulliam both of Toccoa; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; one brother, Billy Pulliam of Franklin County, Georgia; two sisters, Helen Smith of Eastanollee, Georgia and Barbara Pritchett of Toccoa; number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be Saturday, November 15, 11 O'clock AM at Sunshine United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Brian Pulliam officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Cody Crunkleton, Austin Pulliam, Brock Kellar, Casey Sheriff, Marty Joe Littleton and Marvin Bowen.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Saturday from 9 AM until time to leave for the graveside.

Interment will be in the Sunshine United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Walter Fred Pulliam.
