Larry Orin Wilson

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Larry Orin Wilson, 67, of Hoschton, Georgia, who entered into rest on Tuesday, November 11, 2014.

Mr. Wilson was born in Fort Payne, Alabama. One of 13 siblings, Mr. Wilson was a son of the late Charles Rayburn Wilson and the late Julia Vester Hill Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a well-known folk artist specializing in pottery and attended New Beginnings Pentecostal Outreach Church in Jefferson, Georgia.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by 6 siblings.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Wilson of Hoschton, Georgia, daughters and sons in law, Rhonda and Russ Tanner of Dacula, Georgia and Stephanie and Devin Snapp of Braselton, Georgia, 4 grandchildren, Laci Tanner, Joshua Tanner, Destiny Snapp and Tristan Snapp, 6 other siblings and a number of other relatives.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday November 15, 2014 at 2 :00 P.M. at New Beginnings Pentecostal Outreach Church 267 Harold Phillips Road, Jefferson, Georgia, 30549, with Reverend Wayne Norris officiating. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 1:30 P.M and again after the service on Saturday November 15, 2014.
