Anne D'Agata

Anne D'Agata, 92, of Gainesville, GA, formerly of Newton, MA, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2014 following a sudden illness.



She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank V. D'Agata. A beloved mother, she is survived by her daughter Dale Ann D'Agata. She is survived by a sister, Lillian Menelly, and several nieces and nephews.



A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2014 at the Grace Episcopal Church.



In lieu of flowers, donations in Anne's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Hospice of Northeast GA Medical Center, Inc.
