Henry Howard Wooten

Henry Howard Wooten, age 62 of Gainesville, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Northside Hospital in Atlanta following an extended illness.

Mr. Wooten was born May 12, 1952 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Henry Wooten and the late Eva Mae (Guyton) Bryson. He was a truck driver and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Wooten was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Joshua Wooten.


Mr. Wooten is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Jennifer Wooten of Dawsonville and their children, Owen, Luke and Brooks Wooten; daughter, Jean Gowder of Waxall, NC and her children, Nicholas, Marinah and Noah Gowder; daughter and son-in-law, Shawn and Steven Johnston of LaGrange and their children, Cody and Emily Anderson; brother and sister-in-law, Mickey and Brenda Hulsey of Gainesville; sister, JoAnn Wooten Cook of Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law, John and Holly Wooten of Arkansas and various nieces and nephews.
