James Norrell

James Norrell, 49, of Alto passed away on November 3, 2014 at Habersham Medical Center.


Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 5:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Scott Wilson will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 4-5 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Norrell was born on November 27, 1964 in Gainesville, GA to the late Donald H. Norrell and Shelby Jean Sailors Norrell. He served in the U.S. Army and was of baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Norrell is survived by his wife Shirley (George) Norrell of Alto; daughter, Jeana , son and daughter-in-law, Dwayne and Becky Rider of Dawsonville; sister, Sheila Hutchinson of Alto; brother and companion , Tony Norrell and Eileen of Baldwin; nephew, Bradley Norrell of Alto; 4 step-grandchildren.
