Jerry Ray Hamil

Mr. Jerry Ray Hamil age 64 of Gainesville passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at his residence.


Graveside services are scheduled for Sunday, November 02, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 01, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Hamil was born on September 08, 1950 in Valley, Alabama to the late Earl Hamil and Annie Lamerle Dawson. He was of the Baptist Faith and served in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his father.

Mr. Hamil is survived by his daughter, Maria Prather of Auburn, Alabama, son, Christopher Hamil of Montgomery, Alabama, 6 grandchildren, mother, Annie Lamerle Dawson of Valley, Alabama, sisters, Diane Hamil of Beulah, Alabama, Pamela Byrd of Salem, Alabama and Angie Collier of Buelah, Alabama and brother, Mickey Hamil of Valley, Alabama.
