Evelyn Walden Sisson

Evelyn Walden Sisson, age 84, of Tucker, GA died Saturday, October 25, 2014 after an extended illness.

Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. Pastor Bill Burnham will officiate. The Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 28 from 10-11 AM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Sisson is survived by her Husband, Ernest Sisson, Tucker. Children, Mike Sisson and Wife, Johanna, Dacula, GA, Jacky Yale and Husband David, Suwanee, GA. Grandchildren, Jennifer Sisson, Andrea Dillard and Husband, Jay, Michael Yale, Kayla Yale, Justin Yale and Wife, Elizabeth. Great-Grandchildren, Lucy Dillard and Amelia Yale. Sister Joyce Lyle and Husband, Tom, Jonesboro, GA. Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Evelyn was born in Porterdale, GA and was a lifelong resident of the Atlanta area. She played the piano in church from an early age. She was a member of the gospel band "Sounds of Love" and along with her Husband, Ernie was instrumental in starting several square dancing clubs.
