Donald R. Adams

Donald R. Adams, age 67 of Gainesville, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Church of God of Prophecy with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend James Kanaday, Reverend David Smith and Reverend Ed Flowers will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 23, 2014 and Friday, October 24, 2014 from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Adams was born October 29, 1946 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late George Adams and Fannie Abernathy Adams. He was a retired carpenter and a member of Church of God of Prophecy.

Mr. Adams is survived by his sons & daughters-in-law, Steven & Lisa Adams of Murrayville and Tony & Donna Adams of Dalton, Georgia, grandchildren, Wesley Adams, Austin Adams, Tyler Adams and Sebastian Adams, brother & sister-in-law, Larry & Karen Adams of Oakwood and nieces, Robyn Adams and Jennifer Endries.
