Glenn Hart

Glenn Hart, age 83 of Gainesville, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Timberridge Baptist Church with interment to follow in the Church Cemetery. Reverend Danny Hart and Reverend Grady White will officiate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 and Wednesday, October 22, 2014 from 2 - 4 pm and 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Hart was born September 13, 1931 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late L. T. Hart and Virdena Miller Hart. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was retired from New Holland Textile Mill. Glenn was a member of Timberridge Baptist Church.

Mr. Hart is survived by his daughters & sons-in-law, Deborah & Tim Benton of Lula and Cheryl & Buddy McNeal of Bradley, South Carolina, son, Wayne Glenn Hart of Gainesville, brother & sister-in-law, Pete & Frances hart of Gainesville, brother, Adger Hart of Gainesville, 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
