David Lawrence Pollack,

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mr. David Lawrence Pollack, age 80 of Sautee Nacoochee. Mr. Pollack passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014.

David was born in Nashville, Tennessee on April 7, 1934. He was a graduate of Vanderbilt University, which he attended prior to joining the United States Navy. He was a well known and respected General Contractor in the Nashville, have the distinction of building the city's first apartment complex. he worked
in the construction industry in Nashville for a number years as both a general contractor and later as a consultant. In 200, he moved to Florida where he owned and operated "System 21' an architectural signage company. Finally in 2006, he retired to Sautee Nacoochee where he spent his time with his family
and reading.

In addition to his parents Ben Pollack and Elizabeth Pomerantz Pollack, David is preceded in death by his brother, Max Pollack. Survivors include his wife, Carole Ann Wylie-Pollack; children, Steve Wylie, Mark and Brandy Wylie, Dana Ann Kinsey, Lisa Wylie, Matt and Lisa Wylie, Michael Pollack,
Melissa Mehring and Adria Pollack; grandchildren, Timmy, Michael and Emily Wylie, Alex, Jordan and Jacob Wylie, Stephanie and Michael Barron and Richard and Justin Kinsey as well as Matty Wylie and Samantha and Eli Mehring.
