Ava Lou Mixon Stells Ransom, age 92, of Gainesville, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Mrs. Ransom was born September 28, 1922 in Ashburn, Georgia to the late James Henry Mixon and Margaret Wilson Mixon. She was retired from Mar Jac Poultry.
