Charlotte A. Hollis

Charlotte A. Hollis, age 59 of Gainesville, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, September 26, 2014 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Stanley Peck will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 25, 2014 from 5 - 8 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hollis was born December 15, 1954 in Tampa, Florida to the late James Hudson and Jeanette Rogers Hudson. She was a homemaker and a member of Montgomery Memorial Baptist Church.

Mrs. Hollis is survived by her husband, Howard Hollis of Gainesville, her son & his companion, James Hollis & Tracy Brown of Gainesville, her daughters & sons-in-law, Melissa & Stanley Flanagan of Gainesville and Michelle & Tony Smallwood of Cornelia, her son, Marty Hollis of Gainesville, grandchildren, Ryan Hollis, Dalton Hollis, C. J. Hagedorn, Haley Flanagan, Lashia Flanagan, Amanda Smallwood, Sarah Smallwood, Matt Hollis and Alexis Hollis, one great-grandchild, Tristian Hollis, sisters, Mary Brookshire of Gainesville and Sherry Lee Hudson of Flowery Branch, brother & sister-in-law, Allen & Rhonda Hudson of Gainesville, niece and nephews, Renee Bond, David Brookshire, Dustin Brookshire, Brad Brookshire and Robert Brookshire, along with a number of many other nieces, nephews and other relatives.
