Michael Daniel Diem

Michael Daniel Diem, 17, of Cumming, GA died on September 16, 2014 at Northside Hospital Forsyth. Born in Boynton Beach, FL he was the son of Dan and Linda Diem of Cumming.

In addition to his parents, Michael is also survived by his sisters, Katherine Diem and Caroline Diem; and grandparents, Russell and Eileen Boeringer and Darrell and Kathy Diem.

Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at The Church of the Good Shepherd in Cumming. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Monday, September 22 at the church.
