Marjorie Tindall Clark age 101 of Gainesville passed away Wednesday September 10, 2014.
Mrs. Clark was born in Atlanta, Georgia on July 13, 1913 to the late Joseph Dallas and Emily Swint Tindall. She was a graduate of Agnes Scott College where she was a member of the field hockey team. She was a teacher in the Gainesville Public School System for over 20 years and was a charter member of the Alpha Delta Kappa sorority.. She was a member of Gainesville First Presbyterian Church, Eastern Star Redwine Chapter, Wednesday Study Club and Committee of Four plus Two. She also volunteered at the Quinlan Arts Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Loren Joseph Clark CPA who passed away in 1961 and Daughter-in-Law, Judy Clark.
Survivors include Daughters and Sons-in-Law, Betty and Tom Meadows, Emily Courtney and Byron Parkinson, Son, Joe Clark, Grandchildren, Wendel Meadows, Jim Tindall Meadows, Emily Pak, Courtney Kemp, Beth Price, 10 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
