Pauline Garmon Peck

Pauline Garmon Peck, age 72, of Alto, GA died Friday, September 5, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Pauline was a lifelong resident of Murrayville, GA and had lived in Alto, GA the past two years. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Lumpkin County.

She was the daughter of the late Dewey Garmon and Nellie Rider Garmon and was also preceded in death by her husband Benjamin F. Peck and several brothers.

She is survived by her sons and daughters in-law Benny and Lois Peck, Alto, GA, Don and Darlene Peck, Gainesville, GA; brother and sister in-law, Junior and Louise Garmon, Clermont, GA; sisters and brothers in-law, Lucille Sosebee, Dahlonega, GA, Mae and Guy Miller, Murrayville, GA, Nancy and John Conner, Austell, GA, Birdie Stephens, Murrayville, GA; sister-in-law, Carolyn Garmon, Murrayville, GA; grandchildren, Justin and Jacki Peck, Joseph and Ashlie Peck, Michael and Esther Grigsby, Jimbo Cochran, Michelle and Scott Chapman; great grandchildren, Benjamin J. Peck, Emma Lynn Peck, Baylie Peck, Nicole Cochran, Kristopher Cochran, Braden and Lillian Grigsby. A number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Pauline are scheduled for 1 PM Monday, September 8, 2014 at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Lumpkin County.

Pastor David Bost and Randy Black will officiate.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home of Dahlonega on Sunday, September 7, 2014 from 1 PM until 9 PM, and Monday, September 8, 2014 from 9 AM until time of service.
