Timothy Hal Burnette

Mr. Timothy Hal Burnette, age 57 of 2574 Cedar Canyon Drive, Marietta, GA, passed away Friday, August 29, 2014 at Hospice of Atlanta.



The son of Ruby Cash Burnette Shafer and the late J. C. Burnette, He was born December 31, 1957 in Marietta where he lived all his life. He was employed by the Cobb County Government System and was of the Baptist Faith.



Survivors include his mother, Ruby Cash Burnette Shafer of Marietta, GA, his wife, Vikki Burnette of the home, 2 step-daughters and sons-in-law, Christy & Chris Prewett of Kingston, GA, Michelle & john Devine of Ballground, GA, step-son, Joe Cleveland of Winder, GA, 8 grandchildren and 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Terry & Toni Burnette of Gainesville, GA, Tony & Laura Burnette of Acworth, GA, sister and brother-in-law Karen & Johnny Cook of Woodstock, GA.



Funeral Services will be 2 PM, Sunday, August 31, 2014 at the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Roger Elrod officiating. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from noon until the service hour.
