JoAnn Payne

JoAnn Payne, age 63 of Cumming, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, Franklin D. Payne; her parents, Douglas and Doris Renfroe; and her sister Carolyn Jane Renfroe.



Survivors include her children, Joey (Jennifer) Payne of Cumming, Janie (Matt) Welteroth of Gainesville, and Johnny (Mary) Payne of Atlanta; sisters and brothers, Diane Giles of Conyers, Marie Scarborough of Ellijay, Cecil Renfroe of Conyers, Wayne Renfroe of Cumming, and Glen Renfroe of Cumming; 4 grandchildren.



Funeral services will be held Friday, August 22, 2014 at 11:00am at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Barry Payne and Rev. Ricky Bradford officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Thursday, August 21st from 3:00pm until 9:00pm and on Friday, August 22nd from 10:00am until time of service.
