Kenneth Leslie Tanner, Sr

Mr. Kenneth Leslie Tanner, Sr. age 81 of Gillsville died Monday, August 18, 2014 at Willow Wood Nursing Home. Mr. Tanner was born in Anderson, SC to the late, Ezell and Plonie Voyles Tanner. Mr. Tanner was a retired truck driver for Pilot.

Mr. Tanner is survived by his son, Kenneth Tanner, Jr (Diane) of Peachtree City; grandson, Kenneth Benjamin Tanner of Lilburn; and friend, Hazel D. Collins of Gillsville.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 20 at 2:00 PM from Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Rev. James Duncan officiating with the interment following in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday night from 6-8 PM.
