Ida Mae Patterson Ramus

Ida Mae Patterson Ramus age 82 of Price Rd. Gainesville,Ga. died Thursday August 14, 2014 at her residence.

Funeral service is scheduled for 2 PM Sunday August 17, 2014 at the Little-Davenport Chapel, the Rev. Nick Rice will officiate and burial will follow in the Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday at the funeral home from 1 to 3 pm and 5 to 8 pm.

Ida was born in Gainesville and was a lifelong resident of the area, she was the daughter of the late Babe and Emma Maxwell Patterson and was also preceded in death by her Son - Michael Ramus.

She is survived by her Daughter - Vicki Smith, Son and Daughter in law - Mark and Kathy Ramus and a Sister - Ruby Walters, all of Gainesville. Surviving grandchildren are: Brannon and Heather Smith,
Meagan and Jonathan Gaillard, Newman Smith, Leslie and Dallas Cooley, Ashley and Alan Atkins and Nicole Ramus. Surviving great-grandchildren are: Thomas and Leland Atkins, Brooklyn Atkins, Madison Smith, Logan Smith and Hudson Gaillard as well as a host of other relatives and friends. She is also preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Burel and Marie Patterson.
