Evelyn E. Conner, 74, of Gainesville, died Monday August 11, 2014 at her residence.
A lifelong resident of Hall County, Evelyn was the daughter of the late Frank and Iona Parks Conner. She was retired from First Financial Services where she worked as an accountant, and was a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sister, Margaret McKinney, Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law, Charlie and Bobbie Conner, Lula; brother-in-law, Dean White, Gainesville; sister-in-law, Barbara Conner, Gainesville; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday August 14, 2014 at the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Rev. Kenneth Conner and Rev. Brian McKinney will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home Wednesday August 13, 2014 from 4-8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to Mt. Vernon Baptist Church or ones favorite charity in memory of Evelyn.
