Linda Bagwell Lynn

Linda Bagwell Lynn, age 67, of Sugar Hill passed away on Friday, August 8, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her father, Woodrow Bagwell; sister, Donnis Bagwell Terry; and stepson, Frankie Lynn. She is survived by her husband of twenty-three years, Jerry Lynn, Sugar Hill, GA; mother, Helen Pass Bagwell, Sugar Hill, GA; brother-in-law, Edwin Terry, Suwanee, GA; step children, Cathy Lynn, Buford, GA, Jimmy and Stephanie Lynn, Buford, GA and Jack Lynn, Flowery Branch, GA; nieces, Dr. Carol Terry, Suwanee, GA, Brenda and Bill Petty, Homer, GA and April and Mike Gann, Buford, GA; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sadie and Charles Jones, Buford, GA, Martha and David Mote, Buford, GA and Jane McDaniel, Buford, GA; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jack and Connie Lynn, Flowery Branch, GA; grandchildren, T.J. and Shawna Lynn, Zac Lynn and Emma Lynn; great grandchildren, Jordan and C. J. Lynn; special great nieces, Helen Petty and Abby Gann; special great nephews, Bryan Petty and Jesse Gann; special friends, Dottie Pugh Little and Tina Miller; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Mrs. Lynn was born March 20, 1947 in Sugar Hill.

She was a 1965 graduate of North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, GA. She was a retired office manager from Jim Ellis Buick in Buford, GA. She had also worked for Jerry Brown Chevrolet in Buford for twenty-nine years and also John Bailey Co. for nine years. She was a member of Island Ford Baptist Church in Buford, GA.

"She was a gracious hostess who enjoyed family, friends and food and opening her home every Sunday as a gathering place."

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Bennett officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA.

Flowers are accepted or memorial donations may be made to Peachtree Christian Hospice, 3430 Duluth Park Lane, Duluth, GA 30096 in memory of Linda Bagwell Lynn.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
