Ray Roper

Ray Roper, age 83, passed away at his home Wednesday, August 6th, 2014 after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease for over 16 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Parks and Annice W. Roper; sisters, Lavoria R. Delong, Blanche R. Patterson, Vicie R. Hulsey, Charlsie R. Darracott, Elice R. Butterworth; brothers, Norman Roper, Lester Roper; sisters-in-law, Ruth Roper, Mabelle Roper; brothers-in-law, Clay DeLong, Clinton Hulsey, Bunyon Darracott.

He is survived by his wife, Louell W. Roper; sons and daughters-in-law, Brad and Donna Roper, Warren and Debbie Roper; grandchildren, Megan Roper, Justin Roper, Ansley Roper, Maggie Roper; brothers and sister-in-law, Allen and Evelyn Roper, Clay Roper; numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be Friday, August 8, 2014 from 4:00pm
