Willie Frank McClure

Willie Frank McClure, age 62, of Dahlonega, GA died Thursday July 31, 2014 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA.

Willie lived most of his life in Lumpkin County and Hall County and had lived the last 4 years in White County. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.

He was the son of the late Walter McClure and Delsey Goss McClure and was also preceded in death by his wife, Ernestine Crower McClure; sisters, Joyce Young, Joan Dodd, and Ida Price; and brothers, Clarence McClure and Junior McClure.

Willie is survived by his brothers and sister-in-law,William McClure, Gainesville, GA, Johnny and Scarlett McClure, Dalton, GA, Wayne McClure, Cleveland, GA, Gary McClure, Monroe, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Minnie Landers, Gainesville, GA, Ruthie and William Green, Gainesville, GA, Jannie Marchbanks, Cleveland, GA, Gladies Tullis, Mayesville, GA, Nancy and Larry Hamilton, Cleveland, GA, and Helen Smith, Clermont, GA; numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday August 3, 2014 at the Mill Creek Baptist Church in Lumpkin County.

Rev. Ricky Jones will officiate.

Interment will follow in Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega on Saturday, August 2, 2014 from 9 AM until 9 PM and Sunday, August 3, 2014 from 10 AM until 1 PM.
