Willie Andrew Barron

Mr. Willie Andrew Barron, age 85 of 2065 Rock Road, Mt. Airy, Georgia passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at his residence.

A son of the late Terrell and Lizze Kastner Barron, he was born September 16, 1928 in Habersham County, Georgia where he lived all his life. He was a Used Car Dealer for some 50 years, a member of Providence Baptist Church in Batesville and a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lois Elaine Barron, a brother, Terrell Barron, Jr. and by a sister, Mildred Barron.

Survivors include his wife of the home, Lois Todd Barron; two sons, Richard K. Barron of Mt. Airy, Georgia and Ray Loudermilk of Demorest, Georgia; two brothers, Lloyd Barron of Demorest, Georgia and Cosby Barron of Batesville, Georgia.

Funeral services will be Friday, August 1, 11 O'clock AM in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with Mr. Clarence Davis officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, J.A. Kastner, Edward Walters, Will Lockwood, Mike Blankenship, Clyde Kastner and Carlton Walters.

The family will be at the home on Rock Road and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Thursday from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Interment will be in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Larry Free officiating. Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Willie Andrew Barron.
