Patricia Eiko Choquette

Patricia Eiko Choquette, age 52 of Cumming, passed away Monday, July 14, 2014. Patty was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. She was born in San Francisco to her parents, the late Robert Monaco and Mitzi Monaco. She had been general manager of Ippolito's and Decker's Restaurant's. She was a soccer mom of three children. Later in life Patty received a BA Degree in Human Services from the University of North Georgia where she graduated in June 2014. She was the Connection manager at Forsyth Community Connection.



Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Timothy Choquette of Cumming; mother, Mitzi Monaco of Sacramento, CA; children, Shawn Eiko Choquette of Cumming, Julia Anne-Michelle Choquette of Sandy Springs, T. J. Choquette of Cumming; sister, Catherine Hernandez of CA; brother, Joseph Pelletier of CA; uncle and aunt, Nick and Eiko Gonzalez of CA; niece, Reina Byrd of CA; nephews, Victor Alejandro Hernandez of CA, Xavion, Spencer, and Israel Hernandez of CA; a great niece, Skylar Shoemaker of CA.



Funeral services will be held Monday, July 21st at 1:00 pm at Good Shepherd Catholic Church with Father Frank Richardson officiating. Interment will follow at 3:00 pm at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
