Cynthia Irene Griffin Richard

Mrs. Cynthia Irene Griffin Richard, age 55 of Toccoa, GA, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the residence.



A daughter of Randy Griffin and Wilma Alexander Vinson, she was born September 29, 1958 in Stephens County where she lived her entire life. She was employed with Cobb Trails Poultry Farm in Hartwell, GA for a number of years and attended Shady Grove Baptist Church.



Survivors include her mother Wilma Alexander Vinson of Toccoa, GA, father and step-mother Randy & Joyce Griffin of Martin, GA, husband Tony Richard of the home, 2 sons and daughter-in-law, Greg & Sandi Owens of Martin, GA, Cody Lewallen of Toccoa, GA, sister and brother-in-law, Tommie & Thomas Brown of Eastanollee, GA, 2 brothers Randolph and Richard Griffin both of Toccoa, GA, mother-in-law Carolyn Richard of Toccoa, GA, step-daughter Tonia Richard of Demorest, GA, step-son Desmond Richard of Cornelia, GA, 3 step-sisters Brenda Herron and her husband Tommy of Toccoa, GA, Nita Singleton and her husband David of Toccoa, GA, Gail Crump and her husband Joey of Martin, GA, step-brother Tim Vinson and his wife Marsha of Mt. Airy, GA, brother-in-law Mitchell Richard of Toccoa, GA, 12 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.



Funeral services will be 3 PM Sunday, July 13, 2014 at the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Roger Loggins officiating.

The following will serve as pallbearers, Mitchell Richard, Desmond Richard, Tommy Herron, Bobby Crane, Karry Saxon and Richard Griffin.



Interment will be in the Toccoa City Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of arrangements for Mrs. Cynthia Griffin Richard.
