Barbara Lee Suttles Carnes

Ivie Funeral Home, Madison County Chapel, announces services for Mrs. Barbara Lee Suttles Carnes, age 77, of Hull who passed away on Monday July 7th, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Rufus Suttles, Sr. and the late Pauline Morgan Suttles. She is survived by her husband, Reily Vincent Carnes, Sr. of the home; son, Reily Vincent "Vince" Carnes, Jr. of Athens; daughters, Sharon Arrington of Macon and Renae Carnes of Hull; grandchildren, Lori McMullan of Macon, Marie Smith of Gray and Nicole Carnes of Newport, N.C.; and eight great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday July 9th, 2014 from 6pm until 8pm. Services will be held on Thursday July 10th, 2014 at 2 pm from the Madison County Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home, with Rev. George Lovely and Rev. Ray Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Memorial Park in Athens.
