Judy Sexton Denton Turnbaugh

Mrs. Judy Sexton Denton Turnbaugh, age 59, of 173 Tabitha Page Lane, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Saturday, June 28, 2014 at her residence.

A daughter of the late Thomas Clark and Ondeen Edmonds Sexton, she was born May 4, 1955 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was self-employed doing house cleaning and was a member of the Salvation Army Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Turnbaugh.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Tabitha Denton and John Denton both of Toccoa, Georgia; step-daughter, Keri Wilson of Toccoa, Georgia; nine grandchildren, Brittany, Kylee, Christopher and Kayla, Macada, Macey, Scotty, Anthony, Josh; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas Clark Sexton, Jr. and Katie of Ila, Georgia; sister and brother-in-law, Tammy and Fred Smith of Toccoa, Georgia; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 1, 11 O'clock AM in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with Lieutenants Tom and Ruth Kenyon officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Chuck Kelley, Boyd Kelley, Joe Kelley, Patrick Smith, Clinton Murray and Mike Perreault.

The family will be at the home on Tabitha Page Lane and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Monday, June 30, from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM

Interment will follow in Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Judy Sexton Denton Turnbaugh.
