Marty R. Ray

Mr. Marty R. Ray age 57 of Danielsville died Friday, June 27, 2014 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Mr. Ray was born in Warren, MI to the late, Howard and Radie Sue Elrod Ray. Mr. Ray was an insurance agent.

Mr. Ray is survived by his wife, Tiffany Smith of Danielsville; daughter, Faith Elizabeth Smith of Danielsville; son, Robert Evan Ray of Danielsville; brothers, Tim Ray (Hope) of Commerce, Jerry Ray (Linda) of Maysville, and David Ray of Maysville; sisters, Maurine Ferguson (Jerry) of Gillsville and Shirley Childs (Mack) of Toccoa.

Memorial service will be held Sunday, June 29 at 4:00 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Ferguson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 2-4 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
