Horace Grady Chandler

Ivie Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Horace Grady Chandler, age 90, who passed away at his residence on Thursday evening, June 26, 2014.

Mr. Chandler is survived by his wife, Wilma Thompson Chandler, a stepson, George ( Janelle) Thompson of Stockbridge and a step daughter, Elaine (Stan) Jones of Homer. Several nieces and nephews along with several step grandchildren also survive.

Services for Mr. Horace Grady Chandler will be held on Saturday, June 28th at 2PM from the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with the Rev. Calvin Ward and the Rev. Bill Calhoun officiating. Burial will be in the Danielsville City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the NEGA Hospice or a church of your choosing.
